Business Development Manager

Full-Time | Commission + Base

Vacation Rental Property Partners is seeking a driven, charismatic Business Development Manager to spearhead our owner acquisition efforts and grow our portfolio of managed vacation rental properties. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making a direct mark on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect property owners in target markets
  • Educate owners on VRPP management services & revenue potential
  • Conduct property evaluations and revenue projections
  • Present proposals and close management agreements
  • Build referral networks with realtors & investors
  • Manage a CRM pipeline and track outreach activity
  • Represent VRPP at local real estate & networking events
  • Collaborate with operations team on seamless onboarding

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, or property management
  • Experience in vacation rentals, real estate, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong understanding of Airbnb/VRBO and STR market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, phone, email & in-person
  • Must obtain Federal EIN (contractor status)

Be the primary contact for guests before, during, and after their stay. Handle inquiries, coordinate check-ins/check-outs, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication skills required.

Manage and coordinate cleaning operations for vacation rental properties. Lead a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness standards and ensure guest-ready homes on tight turnaround schedules.

Property Inspector

Part-Time / Contract

Conduct post-clean and pre-arrival inspections to ensure every home meets VRPP quality standards. Flexible schedule, detail-oriented work ideal for someone who takes pride in high standards.

Maintenance Technician

Part-Time / On-Call

Provide timely maintenance and repair services for vacation rental properties. Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general property maintenance. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

Landscaping Contractor

Part-Time / Seasonal

Provide professional lawn care and landscaping services for vacation rental properties. Services include mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, mulching, and general groundskeeping. Help maintain curb appeal for our portfolio of homes.
