If your home is already licensed for short-term rental, expect about 10–14 days from signed agreement to a live listing on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and vrppartners.com. If it still needs a short-term rental license, plan on 5–8 weeks. Both timelines assume the home is photo-ready and rental-ready; photography scheduling and any pre-listing maintenance can add time.

Every booking includes either a refundable security deposit or a paid damage waiver. Damage is documented in the post-stay inspection, charged to the appropriate party, and reported in your monthly statement. We coordinate the repair locally.

We ask for a 12-month initial term. That’s deliberate: pricing strategy, guest reviews, and search ranking compound over a full season cycle, and a shorter commitment would cut the work off before it pays. After the first 12 months, either side can end the agreement with 60 days’ written notice.
