We had a great stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient, and the place had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We’d happily stay again!

We had an amazing stay! The property was beautifully set up and looked exactly as described in the Vrbo app. The beds were very comfortable, and the game room was perfect for the kids. The outdoor patio was also nicely arranged, making it a wonderful space for our group to enjoy BBQ lunches and dinners together. The team was amazing, and the communication was excellent. Nick was especially prompt and responsive. When we checked in, there were a few minor things that needed attention, and he responded very quickly to resolve them. One of the AC remotes needed new batteries, and Nick even stopped by personally to drop off the batteries and make sure everything was working properly. He also followed up with us to make sure we were comfortable and doing okay.Nick was attentive and helpful from the very beginning from the registration process all the way through checkout. His excellent communication and care really made our stay even better.A big KUDOS to Nick! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again!

Nice, clean and close to Lake Geneva.

We had a pleasant stay in Lake Geneva, the house was easy to get into, everything was just as pictured and described, there were definitely some nice amenities like the garage gaming room and remote controlled fireplace. We ultimately found it just a little crowded for our group of 5 adults 5 children, but overall we were very comfortable and the hosts did a great job. There were a couple minor negatives I would highlight: by the time we got there the outside trash cans were nearly full, so it was tough to find where to put our trash that we generated. We had some difficulty figuring out how to work the thermostat at first, and nearly wound up having to leave it on 75 for our first night there, which was warmer than anyone wanted it. The kitchen does not have much counter space and is not really suitable for trying to cook for this big of a group. The 10am checkout time gave us a bit of a time pinch on our departure day, we are more used to 11am being the checkout for these rentals. Lastly we did feel a bit the price we paid was steep for what we got, and after looking we did see there were some slightly more outlying areas (Delavan for one) with at least the same amount of space that cost significantly less. If you're going to hang out with people rather than try to spend all your time in downtown LG, you can probably save money by looking around a little. But overall the place did have a lot of good points and we enjoyed our trip.

We had a really nice time at Nick’s place! The location was perfect and a quick drive from town, beaches, and parks. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep, and there were plenty of beds and towels to go around for a large group. Two living spaces plus the game room allowed for everyone to spread out as well. Main improvement we might recommend would be disclosure of a tunnel connecting the two lower level rooms via their closets. This was actually a little bit of a fun surprise for our kids (though probably a liability) but wouldn’t be appealing to groups with adults looking for more privacy. It seems like it’s in the process of being sealed off some time in the future, but might’ve been worth a mention in the meantime. In any case, it wouldn’t have kept us from booking here. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great stay here and would absolutely come back. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The highlight for us was definitely the garage hangout space—it ended up being everyone’s favorite part and made the stay extra fun. Nick was a wonderful host—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The location was perfect too: close enough to downtown Lake Geneva (about 10 minutes) to easily go out for dinner or activities, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We also really loved having so much outdoor space to relax and spend time together. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and we’d happily book again.

Honestly great place to stay. You are within 10 min from downtown Lake Geneva. You have walking distance night club Sugar Shack. Highly recommend for bachelor or bachelorette parties!

Overall we had a great experience. Nice semi private location without the chaos of the city. With less than a 10 minute drive into lake Geneva it was perfect for us!

We had an amazing stay here for my husband’s birthday weekend with a group of 6 friends. The house was perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway—great location, super clean, and stocked with awesome amenities. The garage games were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained all weekend. Nick was an outstanding host: incredibly accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described (if not better). We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

I took my family on a trip to Alpine Ski Resort so we decided to stay here and we loved this house! It was just as described and very clean. My kids are picky with staying in other houses but they felt right at home here. We definitely want to come back to this house. Nick was very responsive and hospitable.

Very beautiful house, very accommodating and great commutation. If something was needed, he would provide it within the hour, which is great. The utilities are all clean and new. Everything was great and clean and new. The garage idea is great for adults and kids with the pool table and all the games provided. The only little thing would be the bugs but that's nature because it's near a lot of trees and what so. I totally recommend and i myself would come again with my family.
