Lake Como group retreat bar and game room

Great place to stay with a lot of people! Nick was a great host for our annual golf trip.

This place was perfect for our 15 person group to spend a weekend in Lake Geneva and for a wedding nearby. The photos and descriptions were accurate and felt even more spacious when we were there. The large kitchen area and downstairs pool area were perfect for our shared meals and entertainment. We had booked this stay far in advance and Nick was responsive from the initial booking and throughout our stay.

Great host and awesome amenities around the property. Planning to bring my family back to this property for a trip.

- Khalil M. , Posted: 8/9/2026

Everything was spotless!!! The place is huge with plenty of sleeping space for all of us!! Close to downtown Lake Geneva and close to great places to eat and see by Lake Como. Plenty to do at the property if it is a rainy day too!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area!

- Lisa T. , Posted: 7/22/2026

We loved this place! We were a group of four families and it was plenty of space. Out trip unfortunately had to be cut short due to a freak storm/tornado in the area knocking out power of the entire area for days on end but Nick and his team were extremely responsive and helpful through the entire ordeal. We absolutely plan to stay there again as we want to enjoy the house and area to its fullest!

Great host!

The space was perfect for our 16 person group. The basement game room with bar was perfect for watching the game and hanging out with a large group. Bedroom sizes are bigger than they look in pictures! We had some water seep into carpet in one of the basement bedrooms due to the heavy rain and Nick was very responsive about it and a team member came with a fan to try to help. Loved the deck, grill, and kitchen as well.

We rented this property for our extended family for a wedding weekend in Lake Geneva. Lots of space (9 of us total ranging in age from 2-59). The location is great - walking distance to the lake walking trail and not too far from an accessible beach/park on Lake Como. It's about a 15-minute drive to the Lake Geneva downtown area and worked out perfectly. One suggestion for future guests - the house is not very well sound-proofed (lots of creaky wood floors upstairs and even quiet voices carry throughout the house). If you need/want 'quiet' time and space (and the ability to sleep in late), it might be a struggle to balance with other early risers and little ones in the house as well. Host responsiveness was excellent - we had a few questions and minor situations to address, and he took great care of us!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for our group of 11. The basement with the games, lounge/tv area and bar was a hit! Nice touches, tvs in every room and towels on each bed. A short walk to the lake was really great and proximity to Lake Geneva! Will be back!

House was great. Very large so we didn't feel crowded. Great amenities.

- Steven G. , Posted: 2/2/2026

Thank you, Steven! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We love that the space gave everyone plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded — that's exactly what we aim for! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

I already sent a written review to Nick about 1:00 pm today\n\nWe loved our stay here for our family vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, and it was a perfect place for us to relax together. The host was friendly and responsive, and we’d happily recommend this home to other families

Home is nice inside, didn’t like the shared rooms but that’s on me for not noticing until later on. Yard was too small for an outside activity but weather wasn’t the best anyways during my stay. Host was very responsive the only thing Is the thermostat wouldn’t work for me so I had to contact host to turn heat up otherwise the home was beautiful and clean. It fit my family comfortably all 18 of us. Thanks Nick tor being a great host.

Thank you, Olethea, for your thoughtful feedback! I'm glad you found our home beautiful and accommodating for your family. We appreciate your understanding and will work on the thermostat issue. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

This lakefront property was absolutely perfect spacious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It had everything we needed and more, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The view of the lake was stunning, and the atmosphere was ideal for a quiet getaway or a family retreat. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable very engaging, friendly, and always available to offer local recommendations and helpful resources. They were also extremely accommodating, ensuring that any needs we had were met quickly and thoughtfully.

The house was just as described. Walking distance to the lake (.25mi) which was great. For a large group of 15, it is suitable.

- Anonymous , Posted: 10/13/2025

Nick was a fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive when plans changed last minute and very accommodating. He communicated everything I needed to complete before arrival and was available when I had questions about the property. I brought 10 family members together for a weekend getaway, and it was the perfect place to relax and hang out and see downtown lake Geneva. We especially liked the pool table and the kitchen island, which made a great space to layout all the dinner options and have everyone gather around the table and talk all night. We would definitely come back!

Everything was great! The house was everything we expected and more. Can’t wait to do it again!

Great house! The first floor fridge was a little warm, but everything else was perfect!

- Denis C. , Posted: 7/30/2025

Overall this house was great for our large family. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep all 11 of us with additional trundle beds to spare. Enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to activities in Lake Geneva.

- Anonymous , Posted: 7/26/2025

This place worked out great for our group, overall. It was walkable to the lake and a quick drive to downtown. There’s lots of space and it was very clean. Nick was responsive to my messages and quick to address any questions we had.

- Anonymous , Posted: 7/25/2025

House was great. There was an issue with the gas stove. The knobs need to be replaced before anyone else rents the house. We also had a problem with the downstairs toilet with flushing it.lucky there was a plunger handy. We spent most of the weekend outside on the patio or in the empty lot next-door or at the lake as well as handy to local restaurants.

We had a great experience with Nick, place was very clean and spacious. 100% recommended.

Such an amazing home. My group of 14 stayed here for two nights and there was plenty of room for all of us. The sleeping arrangements and bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Nick was very accommodating and helpful to me as I navigated my stay.

Place was great and spacious. There’s an issue with the lock, but it could be that it was out of batteries or low. The king bed in the suite was comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean as well as the rest of the home.

Good amount not of space for a group of 16. House was good. Needs a little TLC but we were happy with our stay.

Outstanding space for a group. As seniors, we could have used a few grab bars in the showers and more stair handrails. But we had lovely clean, large bedrooms with plenty of privacy. Sometimes too much technology is too much. We could do without the electric bidet! But we loved the fireplaces. Nick helped us with the streaming entertainment technology and we finally were able to navigate with ease. Beds and bedding were comfortable and adequate. Extra blankies and towels were easy to find. Paramount to most airbnb renters is the cleanliness and it was A number 1.

The home was very clean. The beds were made well with very clean bedding. Bathrooms were also very clean and functioned well. The large home was perfect for our large group. We brought our karaoke machine and enjoyed karaoke and playing pool in the large basement. We enjoyed meals on the front porch which had ample seating. The fire pit was a hit with the little ones & we enjoyed making s’mores. Within walking distance to the nearest beach. Very close to nearby attractions, everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. We had a great experience our first time in Lake Geneva. Nick was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again!

The boat launch is close and convenient as well. We were also able to walk to a local establishment on the lake for some fun, food, and drinks. all around it was a great trip in a great space. i would recommend it.

We fit our two families in the house comfortably and enjoyed making our breakfast together in the huge beautiful kitchen. The host was great and had quick responses to any question we threw at them and suggested some great spots on the water to visit. Will definitely book again, amazing experience!
