Place was beautiful and well maintained. Nick went above and beyond to correct a minor issue with great communication. I would definitely rent from him again. Interlaken is a great family friendly place, but also perfect for girls trip! Highly suggest this place. Will be back for sure.

The condo surpassed my expectations. It was peaceful and the furniture was amazingly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the L-shaped couch and over-stuffed chair. The master bedroom was large and had plenty of storage space. My kids took advantage of the TV being in the bedroom. The other bedroom was smaller, but very comfortable. I liked the additional pillows in the closet since some were more firm than others. The bathrooms were a bit outdated but not a big deal. The kitchen had everything as described. It was narrow, but it had all the space we needed. There was a washer and dryer which was an added bonus. The condo surroundings were perfect for us since there was so much green grass, rolling hills and trees. My kids wrapped themselves in blankets and rolled down the larger hill! The pool was in walking distance, and Nick had left pool noodles for guests which was a nice touch. As a host, Nick was great! Very responsive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This stay was everything I didn’t know I needed. I came to Lake Como with my daughter, planning a quiet week to catch up on work and school — but what we found was rest, peace, and reconnection. Nick’s home was warm, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches. From the well-stocked kitchen we used daily to the board games that made our evenings feel like home, every detail added to the experience. The space is quiet and calming — perfect for slowing down and being present. I even extended my stay because I wasn’t ready to leave. Each day brought soft mornings, meaningful conversations, and a stillness that felt sacred. It wasn’t just a getaway — it was a reset. A chance to breathe, reflect, and realign. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grateful. I plan to make this a regular ritual. Thank you, Nick, for creating something truly special!

Peaceful place next to Lake Como in a condominium complex, we enjoyed the location being a bit outside Lake Geneva. Nick’s apartment was clean and as described. The apartment is on the ground floor and noise from the apartment above travels easily. We only had someone there for one day during the stay, so not too disruptive. Nick was an extremly responsive host, replying within a minute to all my messages.

I stayed at Nick's condo with my husband and friends for the DMB concerts that took place at Alpine Valley. This was such a refreshing change from the dumpy/expensive place we stayed previous years. Nick's place was clean, had functioning AC, was a short walk to our shuttle pick up point, and also a short drive to Lake Geneva. There was severe weather in the area one of the nights and Nick even reached out to make sure we were ok, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Had an enjoyable time on our girls trip staying here. Beds were very comfortable, loved the bed linens and pillows. The condo was decorated nicely, was open and welcoming. The pool was very nice. The ample coffee and tea provided were a nice touch. Nick was informative of activities/restaurants in the area.

Nick’s Airbnb was clean and well appointed. We felt safe and secure. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Wi-Fi came right on. I would suggest connecting all devices and using them both inside and out, especially before leaving for an adventure. Find and connect with those directions first. The heavily wooded area didn’t allow us to connect to our cell provider until we got well away from the area. Otherwise, we had a stellar visit. I highly recommend hooking up with Nick!

We came into town late at night, and it was a pleasure to find the lights left on for us. Each bed had comfortable blankets and sheets, mattresses, and pillows. Everything was squeaky clean, and there were coffee supplies available. You can see the lake through the trees. Next year, when it is time to make the trip to Wisconsin again, we already know where we want to stay.

We had a fabulous time at this property in Lake Geneva. Lake Geneva was a great town for a family vacation and we found Nick’s condo well placed for us to enjoy both Lake Geneva and Lake Como. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The new pool was lovely with lots of sun beds and tables and chairs. Nick’s recommendations before we arrived were great and the guidebook very helpful. Nick was responsive throughout our booking and stay, and kindly gave us a late check out which was much appreciated! Nick’s neighbours were also lovely and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately the drier was out of action whilst we were there but we were able to work around that!

This is by far one of the nicest condos we have rented in Interlaken. it's beautifully decorated. It's so cozy. The complimentary coffee was such a nice touch and very appreciated. The location was perfect. Nick was great with all communication. Can not wait to go back!!!

Very clean and almost new looking home. Loved the patio with a view. Very close to lake Geneva and walking distance from lake como was a huge plus. The walking trails in the jungle were a fun little walk around. Would visit again!

We loved the condo. It was homey and clean. Great location. Close to downtown lake Geneva. We had a wonderful dinner at the hideaway restaurant, just a few minutes walk from the condo. The weather was hot so were were able to enjoy the pool many days. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas around the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay

I took my Grandchildren for a short getaway before they went back to school. The condo was super clean and spacious and the kids spent a lot of time at the pool. Very nice neighbors! Easy commute into Williams Bay, Fontana and into downtown Lake Geneva. Only negative was no iron available. :)

We were in Lake Geneva for our niece’s wedding and wanted to add on a relaxing couple days as well. Perfect location close to the wedding venue and all the fun of the town of Lake Geneva but away from the crowds. The condo was perfect, sizable, clean, and all the comforts of home. Nick was very responsive with my questions prior to the stay. And bonus, the pool was great. So clean and big. We’ll be looking to stay again!!!

They straight up cancelled our reservation. They said VRBO double booked the property. I don’t really trust the owner or VRBO. Buyer beware if you rely on either one of them.

Overall, this place is very nice. It's a quick drive to downtown Lake Geneva, but away from the crowds there, as well. There are some updates and fixes that need to be made, and were suggested to the rental agency. BIG: quieter, more efficient a/c in the master BR. Also, a safer step is needed getting onto the patio from the LR. The communal pool closes at 7pm, which seems very early in a tourist area, although these ARE condos, so many true owners, I'm sure. Nice grounds, and we discovered a trail across the street too late to explore. Enjoyed a meal on opposite side of Lake Como at Papa's - Irish band was sitting at a table and playing. Very cool! Suggest the walk, at least partially, around Lake Geneva. Park a few blocks from downtown area for free.
