We had a very nice stay, everything the listing described. Nick was very pleasant to work with. One slight issue we had was the code to unlock the front door kept not working a few times we returned after being out and Nick handled the issue right away and gave us a new code that work for the rest of our stay. The area Lake Geneva was a very nice place and we hope to come again and would definitely stay at the same Airbnb. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at this rental, and we were just as pleased this year as we were last year. Everything was exactly as described/pictured, and there seemed to be a few small upgrades from our last stay. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. We loved the green space, the pool, and the walkable restaurants on Lake Como. We highly recommend this spot for a quiet, comfortable getaway.

This was the perfect place for us with 3 small kids. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool! It is a close drive to beaches and many restaurants. Very much recommended this place to anyone looking for a relaxing get away in the area.

Apartment is well located near to Lake Geneva and Fontana. Lake Como views and proximity to the lake provides great views and a relaxing time. The apartment has all the essentials and is very comfortable.

We had a great stay. Perfect amount of space and privacy. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. We enjoyed several days at the pool, 3 restaurants in walking distance and a convenient store 2min drive away. Beautiful surroundings on the lake. Definitely plan on going back.

This place is beautiful. Very spacious for a one bedroom, lovely deck, great light and view of the lake. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Very comfortable king size bed. I loved staying there and would love to stay there again.

Great location perfectly located between Delavan and Lake Geneva. Views from balcony are amazing for sunset's. So close to Mars resort, Niche wine bar. Great location for week or weekend stay. only downside, which we know before booking is we rented for a month and no laundry facilities on site, so you have to drag laundry to laundromat on weekly basis for long term rental. overall 5 stars across board on this rental.

this is a fantastic place in a great location. some what secluded but close to down town lake Geneva. perfect for a couples get a way although the couch does fold out if you wanted to bring the kids. but very comfy bachelor pad as I like to describe it. Just no washer or dryer. I will definitely be going.

The team was proactive with messages, they messaged more then anything, I only messaged when I had a concern. I left a debit card at the Airbnb while we went skiing. And once we came back a couple hours later I had over 22 fraudulent transactions on my card. Make us uneasy had the police help us pack and escort us out the home. It states you get the “entire home” but there were two locked doors in the house you have no access to or you can’t see what’s behind it. We always didn’t know it was a noise device inside the home, we got a message stating we were too loud when we just walked back in from skiing. Pretty odd interaction and we do Airbnb’s all the time and travel a ton. This is my first experience of this sort and as two females traveling alone it was very uneasy. The house was beautiful. I think we seen one person outside. The two days we were there. You can’t lock the doors from inside, everything is through an app. So we had to wait to the door to lock from our phones.

Nick's place was everything I wanted with extras I loved having. The view from the balcony was so gorgeous and the condo was quiet, spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, with extra bedding, and I slept so well while I was there. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the pots/pans/containers/appliances I needed and wanted. I did go to the pool and that was lovely as well, not busy, and with plenty of chairs and space to spread out. The condo is literally just up the road from The Getaway which is a lovely restaurant to check out and easily walkable from his place. Easy 5 min drive into LG which I liked because I could access town but also didn't have to deal with the hectic parking and crowds. Nick was super responsive and communicative for every thing I had questions or needed assistance with. A+++ hosting. Would definitely stay here again - it was a little slice of heaven for me. Great place. Mostly updated, except the shower. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from patio. Very loud neighbors who chainsmoke and made it difficult to enjoy the patio. But overall a very nice place.

This condo was amazing in every way -- everything was as advertised. A great location minutes from Lake Como and its lakefront restaurants; a short drive (~5 min) to the towns of Lake Geneva and Williams Bay, and a perfect home-base for our adventures in the area. It is spacious for a 1-bedroom and furnished beautifully; we had plenty of room for our 7-month-old's pack-n-play in the bedroom (even with the large bed!). The kitchen is updated and stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom was clean, and the linens were soft. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunset each night after our son went to bed. The condo association's pool was wonderful and very family-friendly. We agreed that this was the best Airbnb we've stayed at; it may not be the cheapest option in the area, but we are so glad for the comfort and amenities it offered. We will 100% stay here again if we are back in the area!

Upon arrival, lights were on to welcome me. I found the unit to be very clean and well equipped with a comfortable vibe. Kitchen had everything I needed, loved the breakfast bar. There is a very nice view and I could even see the lake. Quiet and serene property, would definitely stay again:)
