Modern Lake Geneva Condo with Views

I was highly impressed with Nick and his team before I set foot in his property. The communication was outstanding and a lot of fun. The property is amazing, more spacious than the photos portray. All of the furniture so comfortable and I loved reclining in the sitting room with my book in front of the fire. The balcony is large with views of the lake. The overhang allowed me to sit out during a thunderstorm- exquisite. The surrounding area is so quiet you could hear the apples dropping from the trees and the chipmunks looking for snacks. I highly recommend this property. I know I loved being close to the action of Lake Geneva yet returning to the peace of this property- about a 8 to 10 minute drive. Truly a gem.

Clean, spacious place overlooking Lake Como with Lake Geneva right down the street. Our family had a great time visiting nearby farms and walking around Lake Geneva (there is a trail that goes around the entire lake) - and finishing it all off with dinner in the condo. Nicks place was clean and modern....the view of the lake was unexpected surprise and the light breeze off the lake left us with the screen open all the time and no A/C needed....the birds, and squirrels and chipmunks and even wild turkeys were awesome to watch! Great place to stay for the weekend!

Quiet condo in a peaceful complex with a lake view. The location was great as we could drive to the main areas within 10 minutes. It worked well for our short stay, we had everything we needed.

It’s a decent place if all the rules are made available to you. No trailers and grilling at the place without a $100 dollar fine per day. And for being there a week and no washer or dryer more towels would be nice.

Jed, you had all the HOA rules provided to you and you chose not to follow. The listing is very specific that there is no wash or dryer and we set up extra towels. If you need extras you could have easily requested as we had reached out to you multiple times during your stay.

Unit is in a quiet area with Lake Como view away from the mob at Lake Geneva downtown but a close convenient drive to all points of interest. All was as per the listing and pictures. The description says shampoo is provided, during my stay it also included body wash and conditioner - and the hair dryer was there as mentioned and it worked. I had a short stay and adequate towels but would have preferred a couple more medium sized ones as the unit does not currently have a washer/dryer. Bathroom very clean; water is very soft so not much soap/shampoo needed. A suggestion is to provide a non- slip rubber bath mat as the tub surface is slippery. Bed was comfy and the bedroom has good closet/storage. TVs are Roku which was new to me but I received help fairly quickly. A suggestion is to put written tv instructions with the remotes. Kitchen is small but workable and I appreciated both the Keurig maker and free coffee pods. Checkout instructions are clear and easy.

Peaceful setting with view of the lake. Condo is within walking distance from both the lake and the pool. Very quiet location only 8 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Geneva. Nick was a very gracious host with all amenities as described. It was very clean and relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute commute to meet our dining needs, however there was a full kitchen in the condo for eating in. We would definitely recommend this location!

Property was amazing! Very clean and well stocked. Great location and quiet area. Pool was great and lots of seating. Property manager was great with any pre- questions and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice, location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for, but I was a little disappointed in the condition of the interior. There were upgrades made, but the shower was slippery getting in and out. There were some drainage issues in the kitchen, and we eventually found a bowl placed under the sink to catch some leaking water (it had been there awhile). The front entrance had beautiful windows, but no coverage at night, and you could see directly into the condo. The furniture was clean but not very comfortable, it is in need of replacement. The balcony was not very clean, or comfortable, the floor was covered in what looked like a black, greasy substance, which was a shame because morning coffee out there would have been very relaxing. All in all, it was a nice place, but I think I expected more for the cost.
