A two-story stucco house on a corner lot in the village of Walworth, set up so a group of up to 14 can stay together without anyone sleeping on a sofa. Fontana-on-Geneva Lake is about 5 minutes by car.

Good to know before you book
• The house is in the village of Walworth, not on the lake. Geneva Lake at Fontana is about a 5-minute drive, not a walk.
• Three levels connected by stairs. Bedroom 6 and one full bathroom are on the lower level.
• The lawn is open to the street, with no fence.
• Parking is in the driveway only (6 vehicles). Street parking is not allowed.
• The detached garage and the owner's storage are not part of the rental.
• Exterior cameras at the doors and over the deck and garage area, and a noise monitor that reads decibel level only. No interior cameras.
• No pets, no parties or events.
