A two-story Williams Bay house with a full-width covered front porch, an 11-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) from Williams Bay Beach and the public boat launch. It suits families and two-family trips who want to park once and walk to the lake, dinner and coffee.

• A Ring doorbell camera is at the door, and an interior noise monitor measures decibel level only (no audio recorded).

Worked very well for a family getaway, including toddlers. Awesome walkable location to nature preserve lake activities, coffee shop and restaurants. This house was just what we needed for a family get together with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. House has 2 big tables for board games. We did find that the stairs are a little steep and tall people definitely need to watch their head when walking down. The location is so nice with walkable food, ice cream and the beautiful lake. This home has a warm, cozy feel with furnishings that all work well together in a coherent lake house style. The first floor layout is thoughtfully designed, and the lovely front porch and back deck (perfect for grilling and outdoor dining) add a lot of charm. The location is hard to beat: a market with a cafe, beach access, a playground, and a boat launch are all close by, along with several restaurants and a great ice cream shop just across the street. It's also a short drive to Pearce's Farm Stand, which was excellent.It comfortably sleeps up to six (or technically eight if traveling with tiny people), making it a great fit for a group or extended family. One thing to note: the upstairs bedrooms are noticeably smaller than the downstairs space, so if you're traveling with kids, don't expect much separate adult privacy.A couple of practical notes for future guests: the kayak caddy provided for pulling kayaks down to the water was inefficient and required a fair amount of physical effort to use. The home could also have used a bit more attention on the cleaning between stays — we noticed some hair in the drains, a few food particles left in the kitchenware and fridge/freezer, and some residue on the bathroom mirror and upstairs countertops. Porch was nice and house was walking distance to restaurants. Road in front was busy and a little loud. House was spacious and kitchen really nice. Beautiful place! We loved the slower pace of Williams Bay compared to the hustle and bustle of Lake Geneva. The home was very accessible to restaurants and my kids especially loved getting a delicious ice cream every night (right across the street). Quick walk to the lake, library, and coffee shop. Don't miss a visit to Yerkes Observatory, we also walked there (about 1 mile), beautiful grounds and very peaceful. The home had everything we needed and more, including a fenced in yard for our small dog and our son to play a little catch. My guests and I had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was clean, neat, and well organized. The walking distance to the lake/beach and some restaurants were very close. We did stay in the off season so the ice cream shops were still closed which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. We took our kids to Williams Bay for a long holiday weekend and this home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the location was great for the activities we had planned. It’s just a short drive to Alpine Valley Resort and downtown Lake Geneva where we could get outdoors and enjoy the winter activities. It’s also walkable to great restaurants like Harpoon Willie’s, Green Grocer, and Pier 290. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return. The home was very clean, and the spacious floor plan worked perfectly for our group. Parking was easy with plenty of room in the driveway, which was a big plus. The location was peaceful and quiet at night, yet conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the lake.
