Exclusive Lake Como Escape with Bar and Pool Table

I already sent a written review to Nick about 1:00 pm today\n\nWe loved our stay here for our family vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming, and it was a perfect place for us to relax together. The host was friendly and responsive, and we’d happily recommend this home to other families

Home is nice inside, didn’t like the shared rooms but that’s on me for not noticing until later on. Yard was too small for an outside activity but weather wasn’t the best anyways during my stay. Host was very responsive the only thing Is the thermostat wouldn’t work for me so I had to contact host to turn heat up otherwise the home was beautiful and clean. It fit my family comfortably all 18 of us. Thanks Nick tor being a great host.

This lakefront property was absolutely perfect spacious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. It had everything we needed and more, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The view of the lake was stunning, and the atmosphere was ideal for a quiet getaway or a family retreat. The host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable very engaging, friendly, and always available to offer local recommendations and helpful resources. They were also extremely accommodating, ensuring that any needs we had were met quickly and thoughtfully.

The house was just as described. Walking distance to the lake (.25mi) which was great. For a large group of 15, it is suitable.

Nick was a fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive when plans changed last minute and very accommodating. He communicated everything I needed to complete before arrival and was available when I had questions about the property. I brought 10 family members together for a weekend getaway, and it was the perfect place to relax and hang out and see downtown lake Geneva. We especially liked the pool table and the kitchen island, which made a great space to layout all the dinner options and have everyone gather around the table and talk all night. We would definitely come back!

Overall this house was great for our large family. Plenty of space to comfortably sleep all 11 of us with additional trundle beds to spare. Enjoyed the quiet location and proximity to activities in Lake Geneva.

This place worked out great for our group, overall. It was walkable to the lake and a quick drive to downtown. There’s lots of space and it was very clean. Nick was responsive to my messages and quick to address any questions we had.

Such an amazing home. My group of 14 stayed here for two nights and there was plenty of room for all of us. The sleeping arrangements and bedrooms worked perfectly for us. Nick was very accommodating and helpful to me as I navigated my stay.

Place was great and spacious. There’s an issue with the lock, but it could be that it was out of batteries or low. The king bed in the suite was comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean as well as the rest of the home.

Outstanding space for a group. As seniors, we could have used a few grab bars in the showers and more stair handrails. But we had lovely clean, large bedrooms with plenty of privacy. Sometimes too much technology is too much. We could do without the electric bidet! But we loved the fireplaces. Nick helped us with the streaming entertainment technology and we finally were able to navigate with ease. Beds and bedding were comfortable and adequate. Extra blankies and towels were easy to find. Paramount to most airbnb renters is the cleanliness and it was A number 1.

The home was very clean. The beds were made well with very clean bedding. Bathrooms were also very clean and functioned well. The large home was perfect for our large group. We brought our karaoke machine and enjoyed karaoke and playing pool in the large basement. We enjoyed meals on the front porch which had ample seating. The fire pit was a hit with the little ones & we enjoyed making s’mores. Within walking distance to the nearest beach. Very close to nearby attractions, everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. We had a great experience our first time in Lake Geneva. Nick was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again!

Our stay was great! We were in a beautiful area and could walk to the water and fun restaurants nearby. The house is huge and gorgeous. Our kids had more than enough room to play outside and the basement was a fun hangout as well. Would love to come back in the summer!

We had a great time. There was plenty to do for all ages. The space is big and accommodating with a pool table, dart board, bar, etc. The yard is massive and the kids had fun there. The boat launch is close and convenient as well. We were also able to walk to a local establishment on the lake for some fun, food, and drinks. all around it was a great trip in a great space. i would recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is beautiful and so close to the lake. The game room was so fun and unique and made our night in memorable. We fit our two families in the house comfortably and enjoyed making our breakfast together in the huge beautiful kitchen. The host was great and had quick responses to any question we threw at them and suggested some great spots on the water to visit. Will definitely book again, amazing experience!

The stay was great! Beautiful view of Lake Como, just a few steps away! In addition, all of the amazing Lake Geneva attractions were nearby! The house was very spacious and is perfect for a large group of people. We had a very smooth check-in and check-out process! Overall, great experience and I highly recommend!

House was great. There was an issue with the gas stove. The knobs need to be replaced before anyone else rents the house. We also had a problem with the downstairs toilet with flushing it.lucky there was a plunger handy. We spent most of the weekend outside on the patio or in the empty lot next-door or at the lake as well as handy to local restaurants.
